new website and birthday GIVEAWAY!

'Tis the season of giving...
Wait, you didn't know?  It's my birthday tomorrow.  It was my older sister's birthday yesterday... so, yeah, it IS the season of giving in my neck of the woods.
As luck turns out, my little sister, Becca, generously offered to build me my very own website a few months ago.  The goal was to make it "LIVE" by my birthday and guess what?
It's up and running!
If you are a reader of this blog, you probably know that my day (and let's be honest, NIGHT) job is being a mom.  But, given my background in arts and crafts, I really like to do stationery and fabric designing when I can.
This site is a place for people to go and view several things I've created... basically it's a big portfolio.  That way, when someone asks if I can help with their child's birthday invitation or want some personalized stationery (or whatever), I can now direct them to the brand new website to get some ideas of what we can come up with for them.  Certainly, we're not limited to what we've already created---it's more like a "jumping off" point.
Comprendo?
ANYWAY, feel free to take a look around the site.
And, in the "spirit of giving"(gotta love that phrase) and in honor of my birthday, I'm hosting a GIVEAWAY.  If you see something you might like, leave me a comment on this post with what you like most, and you'll be entered in the give away.  Whoever wins, I'll create the delight for you.  For example, if you like a print (I can print up to 11"x17"), tell me, and if you win, I'll send it your way. Or, say you really like a set of invitations I created, tell me, and if you win, I'll change the info and send those your way (limit 20).

*The only thing I can't really give away is anything under the "RANDOM" category and "PATTERNS" category.  But, anything else is fair game!

Since many of you might be surprised that I've been posting again (I know, I know), I'll leave a wide window of time for you to weigh in.  You have until next Saturday, August 11th at midnight (central time) to enter.  I'll plan to announce the winner soon there after.
Ready, set, go!

Take a look see at our little site. We're pretty psyched.  Take note that Becca made it "responsive" so that way, if you are viewing the site on a mobile site, the pictures are sized accordingly.  See, she's fancy like that.  Mega props to her and her patience as I kept sending her a billion things to add to the site.  She is so good to me.

Good luck to one and all!  And thanks for all the love and encouragement.

Melissa! Ok. I'm having the hardest time deciding. I love so many of them! You can't make me pick! Ok. If I had to...I'll narrow it down to a print. And I sing you are my sunshine to my babies...so I'm thinking that. But Melissa Those cute custom family ones. You will make it look like my fam? Ish (hair color etc). Cause I would love to order one from you! I feel like it would make me smile every time I saw it! We should chat about it when you have time. (like after moving and baby)

Happy Birthday!

First off you know I love EVERYTHING you make. Seriously wish I had your talent. My favorites have always been the elephant and giraffe cards. I really like the Tweet Tweet you are Sweet too. If I win I'd be happy just to have your autograph!!

You are amazing and thank you so much for your novel comments. They made my day and helped me not to feel so bad about wanting to never answer the door to the annoying little girl. ;) After yesterdays incident with her (I'll have to do another blog post someday) I think we are done with her. I don't feel bad locking the door and being firm now. Nothing like seeing your kids feelings hurt and wanting to maybe slap the kid in the face a little ;) Love you ya tonz!

My favorite is the giraffe. I love any version of a giraffe: prints, cards, burlap ... You name the medium, I love it.

Look at you! That's pretty cool! I'm so glad you have your website up now, because I've checked it several times over the past year or so and your Etsy site, too, because there was a print or two I wanted. But...honestly, that is hard. I already knew several of your things that I loved, and perusing the site, I found more. I love the Ball-jar print, the families are forever print, and the personalized notecards, especially the first one in the custom category, on the right. If I win, can I decide later? Happy birthday today, Melissa! I hope you sell a million prints and cards and everything. You're certainly talented! (As is your sister, of course.)

Love your new site! I am pretty much obsessed with how cute all of your creations are! I LOVE love love your style. I need to explore the other categories in more depth and it's hard to choose, but I would LOVE one of your ship prints!!It is simply perfect and it would fit nicely in my sons bedroom. He sleeps in an restored ship bed. Like I said, perfect!
Also...the balloons hanging above Tillie in her bedroom? Genius I tell you! LOVE love and love. Can't wait to see what new fabric you have come up with this fall. If you are ever back in SA, we would love a visit! :)

Oh my goodness! The site! The products! You are amazingly talented, friend! If I had to choose....I'd want that darling smile print with the flowers around it. And I'd hang it proudly in my family room. Cause those are my dream house colors.

Hope you re doing well. I deleted instagram....it was one more thing I felt distracted me from my fam. So we'll have to keep in touch via family blogs. Maybe one of these Utah visits we'll get together. It's been far toooo long!

I'm so glad I checked your blog tonight! The site looks fantastic, so many wonderful cards and prints. I think I could find a place in my life for all your creations, it's not fair to ask me to narrow down a favorite. Your new hot air balloons sure catch my eye - I hope they end up on some fabric. Nice job on the site, Becca.
